The following terms and conditions are the basic agreement between you as a customer and us as a tour operator.

Booking and purchase
You can book and pay excursions or activities via our Website www.greenlandfiordtours.com Reservations are only finally confirmed when the online payment is completed and an e-mail with booking confirmation checks telling you that the payment has gone through. You can book excursions and activities via your e-mail address. So we need your name, address, email address and phone number to be able to contact you in case of cancellation of an excursion or activity. You are responsible for notifying us of any changes to your e-mail address. Names of all participants must be in accordance with names in picture ID.
Once we have received your payment, you will receive confirmation by email. email. Which is also your ticket for excursions or activity. You must bring the ticket when you meet up on the boat and the ticket is personal you must bring your photo ID.
Cancellations from the Greenland Fiord Tours site
Greenland Fiord Tours has the right to cancel tour / activity in the following cases, Technical problems of our boat, bad weather, ice conditions, few participants, illness in crew or outside the Greenland Fiord Tours control. In these cases tours / activity the full amount will be refunded. It is only the captain of the boat who makes decisions. Greenland Fiord Tours will always try to find alternative options as a different time or another day so that it can fit in with our guest’s visit program while he or she is in Greenland.
Cancellation by the customer
Cancellation of trip / activity before 30 days the whole booked by tour / activity’s 90% will be refunded.
Cancellation of tour / activity after 21 days before tour / activity must start which will be billed 50% of the price.
Cancellation of tour / activity less than 72 hours before tour / activity must start which will be billed 70% of the price.
Travel to Greenland there may be delays in aviation or shipping. Greenland Fiord Tours is not responsible for these delays, but we will try to find alternative options if the delay affects the trips / activities you have ordered and paid.
Luggage and equipment
You can bring luggage or equipment at your own risk. Greenland Fiord Tours is not responsible for damage to the passenger’s luggage or equipment.
Greenland Fiord Tours has the right to make changes to plans, prices as (fuel, tax, etc.) we have done the best to avoid errors, lack of prices, descriptions, in our marketing and in our website, but of course it can happen.
